CULTIVATING RESILIENCE

You made it. Day five has arrived. 

You are here and I am so stoked for you. 

Today we are focusing on something I am deeply passionate about and that's the ability to cultivate our own inner strength. 

Compassion and gratitude are two incredibly powerful focuses, that when used intentionally (which is what I will teach you to do - no hosh-posh here) can re-wire your brain and dissolve insecurities, self-judgment, doubt, anxiety, fear of failure, need for external validation, stress, sabotage and scarcity. 

They have the ability to shift your mind, body and emotions in the direction of confidence, fulfilment and creativity.
