The skill of becoming more aware of thoughts is quite groundbreaking when it comes to being able to change negative thought patterns and habits. This is exactly what you're about to learn.
It's everything. Being able to see the root of a negative thought pattern and see it for what it is, seems so simple once you get it the first time. And you will. I have made this so simple and you are going to love it. Empowerment in your entire life begins with awareness.
