ALLOWING WHAT IS

The meditation skill you are going to learn today is better than a bucket of ice cream followed by a binge on Netflix. 
It's going to help you master the skill of all skills. Becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Did you know that almost all of us automatically pull back from emotional pain unless we otherwise mindfully learn not to? It's a normal human thing.

And you know what that does? It creates build up and creates a lot of physical and emotional stress. Just like trying to juggle too many things in your hands at once can be overwhelming and often ends in a carton of spilt almond milk.

Trying to juggle too many emotions in the body that have been stuck because we pushed them away can get super ugly. Anxiety, short fuse, trouble sleeping or switching off and depression kinda' ugly. 

Today's lesson is how to not do that by building the muscle of allowing what is.
