LET’S BE REAL AND BEGIN ANYWAY
Each day you will get two different audios. One to explain the purpose of the meditation: the why, how and the focus. This will help you move through any doubts, confusions or resistance the mind may have with the first meditation practice. This introduction is about 35 minutes.
The other audio is the actual meditation itself which is about 10 minutes long in total. Please don't skip the introduction - it's really, really important and is what sets aside this little program from others.
I give you the why so that you have some oomph behind your practice. It's easy to make excuses and bail when we don't have a deeper connection to what we are doing.

Bonus challenge: Following your meditation, for the next 24 hours as often as you can, notice the mind wandering to the past and or present and bring it back effortlessly. See if you can extend this effortlessness into all you do for that day.
This is bringing the foundations you are learning into practice. This isn't to encourage you to shy away from challenges, but instead, face them with a clear and calm mind rather than one that's stuck in the past or the future. Your presence and focus is your power.
